1. Acceptance
By using NutriLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NutriLab complies with applicable laws.
3. Intended use
NutriLab provides nutrition education and informational AI assistance. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
4. User responsibilities
You agree not to abuse the service, reverse engineer the application, bypass security measures, upload illegal or harmful content, or use NutriLab for unlawful purposes.
5. AI responses
AI-generated results may occasionally be inaccurate. Review outputs, use your own judgement, and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of NutriLab at any time, particularly during alpha and beta testing.
7. Limitation of liability
NutriLab is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriLab is not liable for damages arising from use of the application.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using NutriLab at any time.
